Elderberry Jam

Summertime in the Fingerlakes means Elderberries and Elderberry Flowers will be in season! Luckily a good local bulk store will also carry these berries all year round frozen. If you’re lucky enough to have a secret elderberry spot or grow your own, I hope you give this recipe a try.

This jam is great in this muffin recipe, on top of yogurt, in a sweet salad dressing, or simply on some peanut butter toast.
